Deinterlace video

Can someone advise me how to properly deintelace the video in this DVD by giving me an appropriate avisynth script?

Also, a good sharpening filter would be appreciated.

This question should really be moved to the avisynth usage forum.

Also you need to make a sample of the problem. A .d2v file is not a video sample.

you could just be safe and run it through

QTGMC (although you will need a good CPU for these kind of filter(s))
