PotPlayer Submit bug -help

Hello, I am new to this forum and i wanted to submit a bug to potplayer. but after I had done long searching i had looked up it should have been on doom9. I was unable to post posts some period(a protection?), but I couldnt find it anymore, may be it had been locked?)

Where is the structured( or at least a list of bugs) bugtracker of PotPlayer?
