Hi, I have filmed some video but I don't know why the video came up side down and I want to rotate using Avisynth,
could any one help me with the code?

Just use either TurnLeft, TurnRight or Turn180.

Moved to Avisynth Usage subforum, as this is not specifically about H.264 encoding.
Thanks!

I dunno, isn't FlipVertical generally what you want? AFAIK Turn180 actually does turn the clip 180 degrees, meaning it not only turns the clip upside down, it also mirrors it (basically, it's equivalent to flipvertical followed by fliphorizontal).

That depends what you mean by "turn upside down." I'd say that turn180 (or flipvertical.fliphorizontal) is the Avisynth equivalent of "turn upside down." It doesn't "mirror" the clip at all - it's still congruent with the original video. If whitebeard has filmed any text, for example, then if the video has recorded "upside down" (as if he'd held the camera upside down) then turn180 would be what he wants.

Yes but that's usually not the reason why the video is upside down. The usual reason is retarded decoders that output the picture flipped vertically (usually related to the Windows DIB funkiness with the image being stored with the bottom line first in memory), and in that case you want flipvertical.

Whitebeard used the word "Rotate", and seemed quite happy with the SassBot answer,
perhaps further solutions are pointless.
