is MP4 an already compressed video format?
is it likely to further compress the video?
I ask this because I find that there is a site offering two formats of the same video with same length and same quality/resolution but with a great difference in size. One is WMV and one is MP4. The former one usually has A LOT smaller size. Approximately 1/4 of the MP4 format.
If that's the case, then I'll compress my MP4 file into WMV to save space. BTW, what's the software to make it
