hi friends i bought a fresh clean pc with no operating system Pentium DC G840 2.8ghz 8GB RAM 1TB HDD ,i want to install windows xp from my old pc which died now ,but i got a disk and genuine microsoft key can some one explain to me step by step how to install in a fresh clean pc any changes to be done on a bios if so how please ?

Also i am looking forward to buy windows 8 which is getting released on october 25 will i b able install win 8 over this xp when i get the 8 in last week of oct hopefully i heard a there is a limitaion of memmory in xp as it is 32bit which will show physical memmory as less than 4gb even though i got ram 8gb Please help me guys as how to install this old xp i got to install on my new fresh clean pc.Looking forward to hearing from you guys please...............
