Prometheus, the extras.

I should have my blu-ray copy in my hands in a week or so, providing play.com ship them out on the release date.

Now, on the extras side of things I am interested in these;

Alternate Intro - The Arrival Of The Engineers
Alternate Ending - The Final Battle

The alternate intro and ending contain more information than was actually in the cinema release, so I would like to insert these into the film and remove the originals. What would be good tool[s] for the job?

I could wait for the extended edition, but cannot find any info if, and when, that version will be available.
