Ok here is my problem. I have several 720 x 480, 23.976 and 23.98 huffyuv avi files that I want to edit in Premiere and export in 23.976. I can only use 24 fps time base and export as 23.98. Is that correct?
The problem is that if I frame serve it or even more simple, make a simple avi file, I get slight jumps from time to time. Like there are lost frames. I checked the resulted avi files frame by frame and saw that at that jump points there are actually 2 frames of the same frame. That’s why the motion looks jumpy. The original avi files are intact!
Anyone has any idea what should I do? Has anyone ever edited and exported 23.976 or 23.98 fps files in premiere?
Thanks in advance!
