Hi
First time doing In-Effects. Ive created the effects in the Wizard, set the TCs to 00:00:00:01, adjusted the window and can scrub through the effect in the Editor.
This is the for the first page in a multipage Pop-up menu system. When I hit Pop-up On it just appears....No In Effect. Can you guys possibly see where Im going wrong?

False alarm.....my WinDVD software wasn't honoring the In Effect. Burned disc works fine

One more thing that doesn't seem to work as planned
I have the In Effect which works great if I hit PopUp on the remote but once I go out to another page then return it Plays the effect again. I enabled the Effect flag off button on the SetBttnPage thinking this would bypass the In Effect.....I must be wrong since it does not.
Any ideas??

Anytime you access a page with an In-effect animation, that animation will be triggered (and any time you leave a page with an Out-effect, that animation will be triggered...). I think the Effect flag off is for button effects, not Page effects...
What you need to do is create a dummy page with nothing but the initial look of your Pop-up menu (for best results, this should be the first Page of the IG). When you open the pop-up menu, it goes to this page first, does the animation, and then use an auto-activated button to jump to the page with the real buttons on it. You never go back to the dummy page during your navigation in the pop-up menu, so the animation will never occur again...

The Effect Off flag works for pages, but it's only meant for the "out effect" when leaving the current page. Basically, it jumps to another page without showing the "out effect" of the current page (but will show the ineffect of the new page, if available).
What rik1138 says is the right way to do. Dummy page (generally page0) with the InEffect, then an auto-action dummy button that jumps to the page1 (which is your final popup). Just remember to assign to your dummy button the last image of your ineffects for all the three states (normal, activated, selected). A dummy button without any state will create a "hickup" during the animation (something similar to a small flash).
