divx machine : please help me !

:) hello everyone :D i have downloaded the divxmachine, but when the rip is done it tells me that the batch file is missing and the final movie looks like crap, and the help me files arent there either.otherwhise it looks like a good program, i can controll much more with divxmachine then devedeo or other programs.
please if anyone can help me i would be more than greatful :-)

All I can tell you is - Do not trust such programs....
Why don't you download Gknot and give it a try???
Very easy (if you follow Doom9's guides) and very good results.
