Is there any tool, freely avaiable, that it is able to produce MP4 container with PCM audio track(s) ? - for example 5.1 48ksps 24 bit little endian PCM?

Seems that mp4box, ffmpeg are not able to produce MP4 with PCM audio tracks...

Thx sneaker_ger, seems that i have similar impression to benwaggoner.
