Frame Rate 59.940 Original Frame Rate 29.970 ??

Trying to rencode some extras I ripped from a blu ray using XMedia and the resulting video is slightly jumpy like it is skipping frames. I looked up the original source video I ripped from the BluRay using MediaInfo and it is stating "Frame Rate 59.940 / Original Frame Rate 29.970". I'm assuming this is the problem. I'm rencoding using the "Keep Original" Frame Rate option in XMedia. Thing is, there were other extras on the same disc with a frame rate of 29.970 that rencoded just fine. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Post a link to a sample of the problematic original bluray m2ts file. You can cut it with DGSplit for example. A 50-100MB section with good motion will be useful. Use a decent file sharing site, such as mediafire.com.
