music videos to dvd with chapters?

I have a few music videos in mp4 format and would like to play them in my cars nav screen but the problem is it only reads DVD format. So my question is... is it possible to author all the videos to dvd but make each one its own chapter that way I can click 'next' in my car so it can switch to the next song/video? I am basically looking to make each video/song its own chapter.

switch software will allow me to be able to do this?

Of course it's possible. You have to merge all videos into one big track and then set the chapter points between each video. I'd use TMPGEnc XPress to achieve this, but it is a commercial program. Maybe there is some similar app for free out there?

Edit: In TMPGEnc XPress you could import all the videos at once and then let the program set the chapters automatically.
