Well...This seems to be a basic question but confuses me for a while.
I have noticed that if we play the Original DVD video (depending on the quality of the video, some of them are blurry while others are not), the details retains, smoother edges, no interlacing and noise. However, when we do the encoding, loading it into the GUI application for processing, then interlaces and noise exist along with jaggy edges so we have to do or write script for preprocessing. Could anybody enlighten me on this?
