Latest ffmpeg with --enable-libfdk-aac

can any one provide me latest ffmpeg with --enable-libfdk-aac enable encoder or any one can make compile for me for window version...

I did an osx and debian compile (and i really dont know much about compiling), so how hard can it be?

Compiling ffmpeg within this library implies that we cannot redistribute it publicly according to the license...

Ok,,, kurt. yaa read about this over net... humm.. ok can u give me any link or ffmpeg build which is --enable-libaacplus. mean it enabled aac+ or aacp enabled.
