stretched movie

if I make a divxmovie with flask mpeg this movie has the same height and length than the original dvd but if I use dvd2avi to open it in nandub the movie is stretched(in the hight) the heads ar longer than on the original dvd

you need to apply resizing and/or cropping to your movie to get rid of the stretched heads etc.

if all you want to do is crop and keep the same size then:
in nandub go to video --> filters --> add --> null transform --> ok
then click on the cropping button, and cut out all the black bars etc.

if you want to resize...do the same as above except add --> resize -->
then reduce the size to what you require. try 640x480 or 640x352 or 640x320 something like that. you can crop with this filter as well.

then you are ready to encode.
