Is there anything out there for linux to cut videos in a frame-accurate manner (i.e. specify the frames, not the timestamp)? I am going to be reencoding, anyway, so GOPs don't need to be taken into account. I am running Ubuntu Server, so I have no desire in tinkering with wine to get it to do what I need. Even so, these will be elementary h264 or vc1 streams. Even if I can use something to create intermediary YUV files, that would be fine. I have plenty of storage space.

Nope. I can't find any information about piping with it. I also don't see anything like multiple cuts being remotely possible with any Linux tool. I guess I'm going to just have to do this on my 2500k Windows machine and avisynth and take a week to encode what I need.
