I have a clip that is badly record. The frame sequence look lke this. K, D, D, D, D, K, D, D, D, D. This all wrap in 30FPS. I tried to remove the duplicated, but the clip is running at 1.6x speed. I want to know if someone found a script to Interpolate and fill the framedrop.

Sample?
Top of my head, if you want to remove duplicates use http://akuvian.org/src/avisynth/dedup/ and mux it into a mkv with timecodes (vfr).

Try to adjust the threshold for duplicate frame detection.
Also you can manually use YDifferenceFromPrevious in a subtitle to look, how much the Ydifference of your identical frames is.

Ok, I did the analisys. The Pattend if 3 frame drop, then 7 frame drop.
The Morphing is ugly Espacially in fast motion, because of the too big gap between frame.
Any idea ?
