I tried to mark some forums as read (Forum Tools -> Mark This Forum Read) and received this error:
"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."
I've done this in the past with no problems.

Yep, it failed for me as well.
Swede, maybe it's another side effect of the recent upgrade ???

Most likely, I will look into it as soon as my life permits me. :)

Yeah, I've been seeing this in the last few days myself... Also, double-clicking the icons at the head of each forum also fails.
However, Quicklinks -> Mark Forums Read still works... (Marks them _all_) So you can do it to everything when you are done browsing the whole forum... :)

I've been seing this error since... I don't know, quite some time ago. Typically, it happens when I linger too long on New Posts pages (I open any new interesting threads in new tabs and take my time to read them). So I guess it's some timer expiring. I just make sure the New Posts pages are accessible after some time (either through back/forward browser button* or, recently, I open them all in new tabs too).
* This has some caveats:
1) If the page hasn't fully loaded the first time, when I revisit it, it might try to load something from the server and it will get "expired"
2) If I forget to open some thread in new tab or left click inadvertently on a clickable link, the browser "forward" history will get erased.
All in all, it's a minor inconvenience (if we are prepared to adapt :)), but this forum does one of the best jobs in remembering my visits history (where I had stopped reading previously).

Besides the fact that you'll be returned to the parent forum, it should work as stated now.

Better than nothing, thanks. ;)
What was the problem?
