I have an 18gb 3d mkv file that i would like to split into 3 parts while muxing it to 3d blueray. I know how to set tsmuxer to split every 6 gb. my prblem is really when I go to burn the files on IMG burn I don't know what to include into each BMDV folder. I tried seperating the streams and the disk would not play on my Bluray DVD playes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I do not have a Bluray burner. Thats why I use IMG burn on DVD DL

Hello Loroms,

Convert the file .mkv to h.264 (other software) and then mux the file in authoring software, Burn the MUXED folder through IMG Burner. Then check the disc on player it should work.

If tsmuxer understands your MKV and you can make it split the movie as you like it, then split it first, then author 3 times, once per each segment.

That it won't work on your standalones is probably related to the content, sometimes the movies are image-cropped (google says 1920x816) and/or reencoded using non-BD-compatible settings.
