I was just wondering why in the avi-guide for Gknot on
http://gknot.doom9.org/
DarkSoul 71 says you need to load your avi into VDub, apply filters, then frameserve to nandub???
I have just encoded some DV-Avi files - I loaded them right into Nandub, applied filters, did a first pass, opened the stats file with Gknot, saved new stats and .ecf file and did the second pass in Nandub.
It worked perfectly, why would I want to frameserve to Nandub from Virtualdub???
