pcm audio in Transport stream not detected by eac3to

Recorded a few satellite feeds that contain uncompressed pcm 2.3mbit audio. When opening the recorded transport stream eac3to only detects the mpeg/ac3 tracks. Same thing with tsmuxer. Is there any way to access the pcm track?

turns out the audio is actually a dolby E track
