Automation to convert MKV@24p to MKV@25p

Hi.
I need to convert some MKV-s from 24p/1001 to 25p (PAL)
The process I used to do it manualy is:

- Extract AC3 audio track(s) with "HD Streams Stractor" at MeGUI with -speedup option.
- MUX a new MKV with MKVMergue with the video track forced to 25fps and the new AC3

¿How could I automate this process?

You mean with a batch file?
I would probably demux with eac3to, speedup audio with eac3to and then mux with mkvmerge.

why do you have to change original fps???
don't even tell me that your device does support ntsc frame rates.
