Benq 1080p/720p camcoder

this camcoder is storing files to *.mov file there is no problem to extract audio file to m4a and then connect it with mov=>mkv using toolnix but problem is how to merge files to each when i got 30 files each of them diffrent timing 30 seconds 1 minute 3 minutes but after each merge using toolnix or txmuxer file is bigger but video still same as original 1st file


any other way to connect all file to 1 big? :(

Make sure to use the "append" button in mkvmerge GUI. If you just use drag&drop, mkvmerge will not append them, but create 30 video and 30 audio tracks.
