Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right category or even if this is the right forum for this question, but since I have no idea where else to ask:

I saw this:

http://bit.ly/LLLTVi

"Battleboi Basti vs 3pluss HR1 VBT Splash!-Edition" on Youtube.

Besides if you are a fan of (german) rap or not, I wonder how the video trick with the carton-TV works ?

Is this some sort of green screen trick ?

But there is also positioning and perspective correction involved, so how does this work ?

Do anyone know how to do this ? Or a suggestion for a program ?

Oh, and I'm neither a video - pro nor an english native speaker so please be patient with me.

Regards slossin :thanks: in advance

Simple motion tracking in Adobe After Effects. There are a lot of tutorials on this topic.

probably mocha+after effects, check this tutorial;

The effect is nothing special really, the problem with such projects is only the shear amount of repetitive and boring work that needs to be done.

About the video:
a. I cant see any really good perspective correction (the lack of barrel is evident in sections where the guy is more to the border of the shot)
b. I would expect some reflections from the screen, now its tottaly flat.
c. The editor chose a soft and "undefined" matte, which makes not so perfect tracking acceptable
d. Never the less, it works and its actually watchable, since one can choose what to watch, Tv or the ugly guys around the main guy.
d. There is no green screen involved, unless you would want people walking over the projected video.
