I'm using Avisynth ver 2.5

When I render a MP4, H.264/AVC | AAC LC | 29.97 Frames/Sec | Bitrate KBPS 1008
1280 X 720 file 1 minute and 33 second in length I get this huge file.
This is the info about the file from FFMPEG:
