I had one DVD Blueray player LG, this play any copy DVD or
files, but one day after I make the update FIRMWAVE then
it refuse play DVD copy put dvd in it come out but put in one orginal dvd is OK - I d'ont understand why ?
Some boby who know how to fix the problem - PLEASE SHOW ME - THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Does this happen for every copy you've made? Is your specific DVD listed here?

Yes,every DVD or DVD contained files (avi,mkv,mpg.....)
before was play O.K now do not work any more I put the disk in the disk come out - Thank you

Out of curiosity I did a quick Google and found this thread:

At first I thought it's probably not relevant, given it was started in 2009, but skipping to the end revealed the last post was only a few days ago.
Okay, considering the size of the internet that's not exactly a huge number of people having LG Bluray player, DVD playback problems after a firmware upgrade, but it does at least appear you're not completely alone.
It's usually not possible to "downgrade" firmware, but is it possible to upgrade firmware using the same version a second time, just to see if it's some sort of firmware "glitch"?
Knowing the actual model number of your player may help track down some more info, but other than that, maybe calling LG support and doing the very unhappy customer thing (which I guess wouldn't be too hard) might get them to help. Otherwise maybe hang in there for the next firmware upgrade and see what happens.
