Using Winff to lower bitrate of some large avi's. For some reason on some avi's Winff will not re-encode to any bitrate values I manually set in video tab or command line. wont encode at preset values either. Endodes at some lower bitrate like 1000 and cant be changed no matter what I try.
Most avi's are around 4000 bitrate, trying to re-encode to 1800-1600 xvid avis. Was wondering why it does this only on some videos and if there is a way to force it to encode at certain bitrate. Weird because sometimes can enter 1600-1800 and it will encode at that rate, but other times it will ignore and encode at a lower bitrate not specified.
