Proper deinterlacer, or deinterlacing methods, or something else?

Hello.
I'm making rip of one old interlaced anime dvd and a bit stuck with not very good from my point of view results. The problem is that video in original size looks fine, but when I view it in fullscreen at 1920x1200, I see some artifacts on straight lines, but not only on them, here is example (http://tinypic.com/r/9iv39i/6) (look at full size). I suppose, that because of improper deinterlace method, and tried different deinterlacers, but they all gave such artifacts in resulting video. Almost acceptable results give me QTGMC in Placebo mode, but it's picture still contains "bad" parts, especially "ghosts" of lines, see second example (http://tinypic.com/r/2ag2sdu/6).
Can somebody tell me, that all because I choose wrong deinterlacer (but I tried Yadif, LeakKernelDeint, TomsMoComp, FieldDeinterlace, TIVTC, TIVTC+TDeint(EDI), Decomb IVTC from MeGui and QTGMC), or wrong settings, or something else? it's not interlaced, you shouldn't be deinterlacing it (you need to do inverse telecine; just use tivtc for that)

The artifacts you've circled in the second screenshot are a) dotcrawl (left circle) and b) haloing (right circle). The first is an analog artifact and is there in the original telecined film source; you can filter it away but that usually involves nuking details in other areas unless you're really careful with masking etc. The second may or may not be there in the source; if it's not you've probably just oversharpened the image. If it is, you should just apply some dehaloing. Neither of the artifacts are related to deinterlacing or IVTC.

As I said, the artifacts you've pointed out are unrelated to IVTC or deinterlacing.

I took a look at the .m2v and concluded that it's just a side-effect of you doing it wrong. Same with the haloing, there's some minor halos in the source but trying to deinterlace a progressive image magnifies that problem while hiding some of the dotcrawl.
