How to increase sharpness brightness while ripping dvds?

am using megui to rip dvd's.......
pls tell me how to inc sharpness brightness while ripping dvds...........:script:

with Tweak (http://avisynth.org/oldwiki/index.php?page=Tweak) .. eg.

tweak(0,1,0,1) default

tweak(0,1,0,2) .... the last 2 numbers are brightness and contrast ,...in that order.
