m2vinfo - where to download?

m2vinfo.exe is a program used in the IVTC guide by robshot (http://www.doom9.org/synch.htm). I am unable to find this program (not on doom9 downloads, google search, ftp search, etc). Could anyone direct me to a download link or alternately email me the program (and any docs)? Email address is lgcbmb at hotmail dot com. Thanks for any help.

if you do a search for "m2vinfo" you'll get to a huge thread where I said: 1) it doesn't work on winnt/w2k/winxp and 2) it's not really useful anymore

i actually did the search and read (most of) the thread ;-)

i was interested in the tool for educational purposes...
is there anything like that available to analyze the m2v's?
