dvd shrink crashes

after years of successful use dvd shrink and dvd fab8 wont open.so far these 2 programs are the only 2 not performing.i am good at using this stuff but lousy at chasing the fixes.anybody know where to start?

Perform a "System Restore" back to the last time the problematic were working properly...

thanks for the suggestion.i have performed 3 system restores this week with good results on all but dvd shrink and dvd fab.i also have nero installed but it is misbehaving.(never been a fan)i will try another restore since i am getting desperate.thanks again.

hello again.my problem persists.everything else is ok,but dvd fab and dvd shrink still wont open.ive tried all the usual tricks.all of my searching is fruitless.perhaps someone can tell me where else to ask for a solution.anybody????

What exactly do you mean by "won't open"? What happens exactly?

Why not reinstall them anew, instead of performing system restore?
