Hi all,

I wrote a small converter in my spare time. The essence of it: convert without any knowledge. Today, if you really want to convert in high quality need many information: aspect, codec type, quality details as b-frame, cabac, trellis etc. On the internet can be found a number of movie that unplayable on many devices or the quality of encoding is incorrect (DivX3 low IN 2012!! oh man). I hate it that I can not convert my DVB-T .ts easily and there is no a normal step by step converting standard. Anyway: if you have a little time, try it and write your comments.

Where can i get the source?

You can direct console output to GUI with JvCreateProcess, you seem to be using Delphi and JVCL. It looks ugly now.

Yes, simple Delphi with JVCL. I don't want to hide the console window and i don't even think about it. (More informative than a progress bar.)

Why do you put something on SourceForge and not provide the source code? I think you're actually violating their terms and conditions.

since I could not find any email address I uploaded the German language file to sendspace:

The downloadable translation package does not open any source file, so I could not test the file/disk open dialog. Also the cut panel does not open without a source file loaded...

In the custom profile no crf just you can set an average bitrate and 2pass (if you need).

The all other profiles have crf.

Yes, you're right, but what you want: there are millions of those programs (HandBrake, Freemake, Any Video Converter, etc.). That's why we're unique. We're trying to balance between the options. In the future we will add many special features, so I think it's worth to wait.

iMO profiles are ok as they are defined... maybe it will be very helpful to have many Custom profiles where you can set you "Full HD, HD ready, Phone, Tablet, etc"

I only use it for the cutting section to display the movie. Unfortunately, now I use the trial version so it has some limitations (no audio). I purchased later (I hope).

i am playing right now with this without manual...

1) youtube button get the link from clipboard but there is no info about this... i was waiting for a dialog box asking for link or links... (watching the tutorial i noticed that this is very simple to do)..

2) bitrate mode is ok but where is crf mode?...

3) i cannot "save" more than one custom profile...

4) is there a way to set the animation speed or disable it?

i guess this is all for now... i will be "playing" with easy break for a while... :D

1. The "No Info while use YouTube video button" is an error. Fix later.

2. The CRF mode is the standard in all profiles. You can use bitrate mode only in the custom profile.

3. Yes, only one. (Maybe in the next version.)

4. The animation speed fix. Is it a problem, too slow?

5. Cancel encoding: just click the orange button again.
