Video chat program with x264 or xvid encoding

Hello. Please tell me if there is a free or open source video chat program with this format encoding. I know Skype and Gtalk have x264 but i don't like those programs.
Yahoo messenger what format is using? (video quality is poor on this IM)

Gtalk uses Vidyo, not x264.

Skype uses VP7.

Whay nobody use x264 or xvid for video chat ? x264 is not free?

What about FACTprogram ? I think is very interesing, this program have option to change the encoding to x264 or xvid or something else.
