LAVFilters+ffdshow not working together

[endpoint122]

i was always using
lav for decoding
and ffdshow for sharpen
from making raw video:all supported
but when i installed last version of
ffdshow
ffdshow_rev4453_20120521_clsid.exe

ffdshow not open again with lav
only lav open as decoder

so what's wrong??
