Print to Video Problem from Premier

I have a file that I have made in Premier. I have created a CD that works fine in my DVD.

But, to give a copy to someone else (my home picture stuff), I need to "print to video" and move it to VHS. I did this tonight. Goint through a Hollywood Bridge.

I am getting what looks like Digital blocks at the very first part of each picture that during the transition through some of the pictures. (This particular video is of stills, 5 sec each, transitions, and music in the background.)

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Has noone experienced this problem? I'm hoping for some suggestions here.
