my situation is - I need to make quite a number of short video clips of different formats (approx. 30mb each) into DVD which can be played with standalone DVD player for the viewers who don't want to watch the clips with computer. I've tried using several freeware like DVDFlick and DVDStyler, but just a few short files (I've put only 6 files with 30mb each) but the resulting DVD files turn out to be 6.4GB which is very very non-senes. I think I don't know the correct method to make it, can anyone help? Thank you

If you have a 30MB RealMedia file of 160x80 at 15fps and use a high quality profile, don't be surprised to get several GB out of it.

Use HCEnc (http://hank315.nl/) (freeware) fed by an AviSynth script to encode the clips to DVD compliant MPEG2. You have full control over everything needed.

Then author these clips using your authoring software of choice. I have never heard of DVD Flick before but from it says on the website it should be sufficient for your needs.
