Hi, Dear all,
I am using ffmpeg and x264 to encode a realtime CBR streaming. When I using the parameter "-muxrate", the mpegts muxer means CBR, and insert some null packets. But I want to know weather the muxer has contribution to VBV rate control?
Can someone help me to answer it? Thanks a lot.
