does anyone know where to buy moonlight license?

we are building a visual-telephone system, and use an old CPU
which needs the old baseline profile encoding. We found moonlight is very good of use, but it seems the encoder has been thrown off by its developers. Does anyone know where
to find the guys to buy such a license? Any help greatly appreciated.

Moonlight itself never had an encoder.
