m2ts/blu-ray/avchd muxing alternative to tsmuxer?

Just wanted to know if someone knows an alternative muxer for m2ts that supports the pulldown flags form x264?

TSMuxer has an option to remove the pulldown, wouldn't that suggest that it supports the flag?

TSmuxer does not support any of the --pulldown options.

How to use tsMuxeR from the command line:

delPulldown - For video streams. Deletes pulldown flags of the track. Attention! When using delPulldown usually a new value fps is required, different from values in the stream. For example, if the stream has fps=29.97, after setting delPulldown you have to input fps=23.976.

That's where I checked before I posted but it appears that it does not work as advertised...

does any one know if tsRemux handles pulldown correctly ? (on tour can't check myself atm)
