It is faster than Nvenc on an Nvidia 680 GTX, they have different video encode settings though.

quality is more important for people making dvd/bd backups than super speed. hardware encoders still suck in terms of quality vs x264 default profile.

well yes, but if this means that more youtube videos are uploaded in HD then i'm happy :)

still suck is subjective they all @ least support FreXt by now and ME gets better, i hope in those regards MSU is going to show some AMD 2nd Gen results (to low noise about this though AMD is once again behind presenting any working Software from a ISV as most of the time, it's still ridiculous how Nvidia and Intel drive away here no degree in theoretical physics needed for their Developing Ecosystem ;) ) :)

i wouldn't be so happy. crappy footage will be futher destroyed by youtube. uploaded file should be in the highest posible quality.
