Hello I'm hoping an expert here can help me:
I often go through a lot of "B-roll" tape from different sources and i want to be able to seek through variety of formats quickly.
I just upgraded MPC to 1.6.1.4235 hoping that would help but it didn't really help that much (It's a little better than 1.3.1249.0.)
I tried enabling "Fast seek" on keyframe but it didn't have much of an effect. Searching on the site wasn't getting me anywhere.
VLC seems to be quicker than MPC for seeking but I like MPC better for playback.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to change to make overall seeking with MPC faster? I don't care about tearing, I just want to speed up my workflow.
thanks.
