A special case of the derainbowing

Hi, guys.
Please, help me with my problem.
I have TV-raw of anime One Piece with interesting rainbow effect. There are three consecutive frames (n,n+1,n+2):

Can anybody write conditional filter for choose good frame in this set and use freezeframe for bad frames. Or any different suitable solution.
