Hi,

A new Host key/cert has been found in the PS3 in November 2011 and published in limited/selected places. As a matter of fact, it appears to be ok for discs up to v25 and possibly v28, but is revoked in discs with v30.

Since it is already revoked, there is no need to keep it "secret", the industry is already aware of the leak and has started to put it in revocation lists of v30 discs. At the same time, it would be useful to people who have had their drive updated with v25/27 discs. So shall I put the link for everybody to use there? Or would that jeopardise some efforts (at the same time, it is easy to google PS3 and host key).

Its curious as to why there hasn't been too much discussion in regards to the AACS implications of the PS3 hack. On top of the new host certificate being available, there have also been releases of processing keys for up to MKBv25. This is all publicly available on sites like: http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/Hypervisor_Reverse_Engineering#PS3_BD_Player_Host_Certificate
