Since your SkyStar is nothing that a "streaming" device (it receives SAT signals on one end and makes them available as .TS/.M2TS on the other end), you need only to find which codecs for H.264, MPEG-2 and AC-3 work best for your HW configuration.
Two apparent identical PCs (same specs) do not have the same processing power. So you have to find it yourself. But you can probably use any of them, your specs seem to have a lot of reserve power, even for less efficient codecs.

I happen to own a Sky Star HD2 and I use it with DVB Viewer Pro. The "TechniSat Edition" that shipped with the card is horrible, but the "Pro" version is worth every cent ;)
Anyway, I use the DivX H.264 decoder for "HD" programs (with ffdshow-tryouts as a post-processor, because it's Deband filter can work wonders). For the rest, i.e. "SD" programs, I use ffdshow-tryouts directly.
I never managed to get DiAVC working with DVB Viewer. With older CoreAVC I had some "sync" problems. Don't have an up-to-date version available, so this may have been fixed in the meantime...

In my case,HD channels only work with LAV,any other codeck chips image, especially in the Sky IT channels. I must to try your combinations of codeck. Try to uncheck option VSYNC by Aero in some channels pictures is beter up to 50%.
