Vob2Audio distorting audio [Archive]

I had made a post in the decrypting forum concerning this problem and recently discovered it was Vob2Audio causing it. Basically, when I extract the audio from the vobs into a WAV file and play it back, I can hear the audio's volume going up and down occasionally. Only certain titles have done this, however: Shrek and Jurassic Park 3.

Has anyone seen this problem and know of a solution?
