HI !!
As I see often a rips marked as quality rip having deblock value 1:-3:-3 which is not encoder default, I would like to know if these values are really better than default 1:-1:-1, and if so if they are better generally for all sources or if there's a rule of decision between these and defaults depending on some source characteristics, thanks.;)
