I tried it now.. windows is showing message that [] has crashed but the player is still running :S. Seems it has CoreAVC included.. has 2 files CoreAVC.ax and CoreAAC.ax... is that legal?

Hmm i wouldn't say its 100% illegal as they where 2 versions of both freely available though their are both very very outdated, i find it hard to make something illegal afterwards that you distributed in public yourself without any kind of timebomb ;)
