I have found six thousand five hundred and twenty three million different DVD decoders out there. All of them have been poor in quality or bit rate support or if the output actually works or a combination of the three.
Soooo. What is the opinions here for the strongest solution for decrypting a DVD into a single file, be it an AVI, MKV, MP4, WMV. Don't care of the format as I'll redo it anyway when extracted as a single file. There is no encryption as its a self created family video from a while back so decrypt may be a poor term but want to take all my VOB's and pull out the singular video from it. When I just place them in say Sony Vegas for some reason the audio doesn't quite coincide with the video length. What I mean by this is the video and audio are in sync but the audio cuts off 2 minutes early at the end. I think it's extra stuff, but like all the things I've used it is not interpreting the DVD files right. Note these are DVD files I have on a hard drive. Prefer this as my main computer has no DVD/BD drive and had to pull these off my laptop which is slow.
Note, price is not my concern so if there are purchase options that are REALLY good please include.
