I have a problem with forced subtitles on some movie-only backups I tried to do recently, i.e. Avatar ECE.
Normally I do full backups with both german and english audio and subs, but with some titles like the one mentioned above, my Oppo gets stuck at the "your player needs an update to play this disc" screen.
So I made a movie-only backup, but because there is no menu and, I think, more important no java part left to select the language version of the disc, the player correctly selects german audio (because he is told to do so in its settings), but the forced subs are taken from the very first subtitle stream, which is the english one.
Is there a simple way to reorder the subtitle streams? If yes, this would be a really nice feature for movie-only backups!

I have the same problem since i do movie only back up.

The easiest solution i found for me was to look at the forced sub file in BDsup2sub then i open my language sup in another window of BDsup2sub and just force those lines.

Then when i BDRB the movie i replace the original sup file of lets say german with the edited one that allready have forced subs.

Its easy and fast with most movies that have only like 10-80 forced sub lines. with the movie inloriouse bastards that had over 300 then it was a pain in the ass to do it :)
