Hi
I couldn't find a answere in other thread (No suggestions have not helped). So I decided to describe my problem here.
First:
OS: Win XP SP2 with Windows Media Player 11
Codecs: XviD, RealAlternative, AC3Filters, HaaliMediaSplitter, FFDShow (I don't use any package!)

My problem is that my VirtualDub 1.9.11 can't correctly open an avi file which seems to have been coded in wmv3. I mean, opens normally, but in some places, it suddenly occurs to macroblocks, streaks, etc. After a few frames cease. As can You seen here:

I looked up and dl-ed a codec: Windows Media Video 9 VCM However, this didn't solve my problem. The same situation is when I watched the material on the player (WMP, or Sub-Edit Player) in the same places are those distortions.
I have no idea what could be wrong?

After opening the file in VirtualDub (File -> File Information) writes that: Decompressor: Microsoft Windows Media Video 9. So what causes this vulnerability? :(
PS. My friend checked the sample. - For him everything is OK.

I ask You for help.
Yours.
